Point to point run. Ate dinner did not settle in my stomach enough before starting the run. Needed to get going to finish before sunset. Bowled five games before the run.

Ran intervals of 4 X one mile. Planned to use the HS track and this was in use for a soccer game. Jogged over to the Capital Crescent trail. Ran the intervals on packed gravel trail from one mile marker to the next. Splits are 620, 630, 619 and 629. I felt like I was running uphill for the even miles.

DVOA french creek North. As usual had lots of troubles with one control. I was actually at this charcoal pit and did not see the control came back to it sometime later and looked real careful and then I saw it.
