Knee is definitely more stable today. Starting to wonder if I partially dislocated it, and stretched stuff, given how it happened and things are tightening back up? Dr thinks there could perhaps be a meniscus tear though, but no significant pain still. Gonna keep wearing the brace for a while

Start of the US masters Green X. Then I caught my toe at the top of the bank heading down into the creek and heard and felt a pop from my knee. Managed not to faceplant onto the streambed, and got up with my knee not feeling quite right. Made it up the really steep slope with a couple of twinges, but once I started to move on the trails at the top it tried to collapse inwards a couple of times. Ended up splinting it with a branch and the waist strap of my bum bag and hiking out cautiously with mutiple threats of a collapse and grinding bones. Guess I snapped a ligament or something.....

Day 3 of the 90 Miler. 3 portages today, the first one a run up a hill and part way back down on a gravel road with the wheels. Then a little walking with the wheels on a rough trail. Second and third portages are carries, and were walked as both Tim's and my legs were shot. Ended up 3rd boat overall for the weekend, about 18 minutes down on first and only 8s behind the second boat (who rode the first boat or us for probably 50% of the race)

Right wrist and left knee are still unhappy after tripping while running. Gonna take a couple more days to let them calm down
