PT. Physio is starting to think that my neck might be part of the problem. Told to do no exercises, minimize neck stressors and try to avoid reaching out with my right arm, especially repeatedly. No paddling then.....

Shoulder is a mess today

15 mins at 4 mph
Ran for 4 mins at 9.1 mph before my calf started to protest
Walked for 20 mins at 4 mph, with a brief stretching break, before trying to run agsin. Lasted about a minute before the warning signs started again.
Walked at 4 mph for5 more minutes, then eased it down over another 5 minutes.

Shoulder PT. Nothing strenuous, and a lot of massage of the knot of muscle by my shoulder blade
