Orienteering race (Rock Oyster South) 46:08 [4] *** 4.2 km (10:59 / km) +180m 9:03 / km
spiked:7/10c shoes: Mudclaw

Course 1. Covered 6.1kms. Bit disappointed with this run. Started well but was slightly out at 2, then overshot 4 by a margin. Must have nearly tripped over it I was that close. MP'ed at 7 as for some reason just completely ignored going there! Overshot 10 also - must have near tripped on this one also. Was disappointed after as it was a good course on a map I really like.

It was cold but not too bad although will be happier when its both warmer and lighter.
Cr@p sleep isn't helping. Guess I'm still not used to sounds of the new surrounds and kids coming in at 3.30am doesn't help either...

Went slow in the dark with the roads wet but on a straight line. At least it wasn't raining although it was cold.

Kept it slow on way home. Had a good lunch at Public. Shared a bunch of entree plates and a swill of Pinot Noir so am using that as the excuse for having little enthusiasm for the homeward trip - although the 12 hours in the office may have been a contributing factor...

Couldn't decide between walk, jog or drive. Decided to walk and let body recover after the recent few runs given how little I've done lately. Geez it was cold.

Stepped it out for a short, hard run with Don. Legs have felt surprisingly good after last weeks rest. Cool arvo made it enjoyable, especially as the discussion around the 15/16 biz and strategy plan suddenly started looking like it has some potential holes in it.

Dropped car back to mechanic as engine light came on when driving home from having it serviced. So run was from Prospect. It didn't rain and wasn't overly cold - unlike office which has everyone in coats and scarves.

Back to Prospect to pick up car then youngest from footy training. Legs felt ok so pushed out a bit more than recent runs.

Been away for work and was a complete lazy B the whole time. Even on the w/e I was completely unmotivated to do much, so slothed around and read and wtf'd - as in watch the footy.....
Walked this morn and it rained. i got wet as wet weather gear was at work. Kind of sets the tone for the week?
