Aiming to get back on 50 mpw track. Failed, but only by a bit. Will try harder next week.

Running - Trail (Shining Tor loop) 2:33:03 [3] 23.32 km (6:34 / km) +1047m 5:22 / km
ahr:143 max:179 shoes: Mudclaw G260

Waited for the storm to pass, then fairly relaxed loop.

Went the horrible pathless way down shining tor. As expected, horrible.

Extra hill at the end to get 1000m, because why not?

With one short hill sprint; 6th on segment. Think I can do better.
Feeling ok, but coughing a bit. Will wait until tomorrow before deciding if it's worthy of another Covid test...

ahr:138 max:179 shoes: Roclite 300 (blue/fluro)

Relatively sedate group but good chat. Nice to get out since apparently it's going to be rather wet over the next four days.

Note
(rest day)

Faffing about with car service meant had to do actual work during work time and hence no running :(

Running - Road/Track (MaccH A Group) 1:21:27 [3] 16.38 km (4:58 / km) +226m 4:39 / km
ahr:140 max:172 shoes: Pegasus 36 (Blue)

Leading A group. Good pace, no stopping, no nonsense. Felt pretty good. Conversation significantly less than B Group!

Damp, didn't have a coat as it wasn't raining when I left home; annoyed at outset but actually it was the right call.
