8x 40m sprints on the track on every minute

really probably didn't need to log it but why not

walking for the rest of the time and flipping my watch around, accidentally cracked the screen so whoops.... I gotta get glue to glue down the screen on my backup watch and it should be fine

I sprained my ankle when falling off of the beginning of a 12b becasue it was a running start and I missed and hit the edge of the wall and mat and rolled it and now it hurts so that's super fun... I want to give it enough rest for it to heal, but I don't wanna stop running and training?
