weights 10:00 [3]

didn't get a lot done today cause we had a test. did manage to get some lat pull down in and surprisingly i can do more than my bodyweight, i just need somebody to hold my shoulders down cause otherwise i'd be hanging in the air.

strength 15:00 [4]

this strength workout was definitely ruined when i was cleaning up my room to have enough space and i dropped a drawer on my toe. all swollen up now and i would almost qualify as a cripple.

running 27:30 [3]

pretty good time for doing a limp run. first ten minutes were brutal, but then i got pissed at how slow i was going and picked it up despite my toe. and amazing after that, my toe was fine!!! ahha!! i love running!! it's just that now it's twice the size it should be and all purple. not cool!!!

a bit slower today, though it's amazing that i actually made it out. woke up too early all revving to go, but then i was two hours early... shucks. so then 2hrs later i wake up just 2min before my alarm is supposed to go off and i want nothing more than to just roll over and sleep!!! goodness gracious!! i think that it was the thought of a yummy granola bar first thing in the morning after i finished that got me up. :)

didn't get to do much lifting today since my partner was skipping to study physics and so there were 3 of us all together. did some hardcore benchpress. brutal %'s today though. first 3 reps at 90%, and then 1 negative at 103% (oh my goodness) then back to 90% for 3, 103% for 1, and then finally 5 reps at 85%. i have now discovered that i can bench my own bodyweight which is scary. either i'm way underweight, or just not very strong. :P

picked it up a bit this morning. super duper dark even for 6:15... actually kind of scary out there! :S

7 times up the hill on... hillcrest!! yeah yeah! wasn't too bad and i managed to keep up to mr. longlegs for most of it... i was just regreting eating spaghetti an hour beforehand... gross!

doing instense strength weight training for the next six days. oh goodness. today was 90% of our max for 3 reps, then 95% for 2, then 100% for 1 rep. decided to tackle the triceps so we had extensions and facebreakers. my partner almost busted her face doing the facebreakers when her arm just totally gave out. yikes!! (btw i was not the one spotting!! all the responsibility of mr. b.)

testing today!! ahhh!! finding it really hard to improve at all cause already my reps are so high!! bicep curl... had to beat 55... leg extensions... 41... goodness gracious!!! :S

strength 45:00 [2]

indoor dryland for ski practice. did a bunch of core exercises interspersed with a stair circuit around the school. this is when i'm so glad that nepean has stair cases everywhere...
