7 times up the hill on... hillcrest!! yeah yeah! wasn't too bad and i managed to keep up to mr. longlegs for most of it... i was just regreting eating spaghetti an hour beforehand... gross!

doing instense strength weight training for the next six days. oh goodness. today was 90% of our max for 3 reps, then 95% for 2, then 100% for 1 rep. decided to tackle the triceps so we had extensions and facebreakers. my partner almost busted her face doing the facebreakers when her arm just totally gave out. yikes!! (btw i was not the one spotting!! all the responsibility of mr. b.)
