a bit slower today, though it's amazing that i actually made it out. woke up too early all revving to go, but then i was two hours early... shucks. so then 2hrs later i wake up just 2min before my alarm is supposed to go off and i want nothing more than to just roll over and sleep!!! goodness gracious!! i think that it was the thought of a yummy granola bar first thing in the morning after i finished that got me up. :)

didn't get to do much lifting today since my partner was skipping to study physics and so there were 3 of us all together. did some hardcore benchpress. brutal %'s today though. first 3 reps at 90%, and then 1 negative at 103% (oh my goodness) then back to 90% for 3, 103% for 1, and then finally 5 reps at 85%. i have now discovered that i can bench my own bodyweight which is scary. either i'm way underweight, or just not very strong. :P
