Agility 45:00 [3]

I'm not sure how to log "chukeball", but there was a lot of agility involved soooo ya. We had a fun practice in the gym. We had a double elimination tournament with seven teams of six and my team won!!! Which is obvious 1, because I was on it, and 2, because our team name was finnawin. This was honestly the hardest I've worked at a practice in a while. Super tired but the end of it.

Lacrosse 50:00 [3]

We won by a lot. I scored twice I think.

Strength 20:00 [4]

From Erin:
Squats: 3 sets of 10-15
Bicycle Crunches: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Planks: front and both sides for about 30-45 seconds each. Its a hold.
Push-ups: 3 sets of 10 push-ups
Lunges: 2 sets of 10-20 lunges you can do it with weight or arms straight up.
Mountain Climbers: two sets of 30 seconds
Burpees: 2 sets of 10 reps
I added some light arm stuff with 5 lbs dumbbells and calf raises (feel the burn!).

Lacrosse 1:00:00 [3]

I'm only logging this 2 hour practice as one hour because we were focusing on strategy not fitness.

Throwing in the morning

Lacrosse 50:00 [3]

Game. My calves are a little sore from yesterday's woods session.

Running (Warm Up) 4:28 [3] 0.45 mi (9:56 / mi)

To the start of Becky's trainings.

Orienteering 28:12 [3] 2.41 km (11:42 / km)

Control pick. I was moving at a steady pace the whole time and did a good job of entering and exiting controls smoothly. Becky shadowed me and witnessed two smallish bobbles.

Orienteering 15:51 [3] 1.66 km (9:33 / km)

"Vague Bits". Becky had me push the pace more on this one, and my navigation definitely suffered. (Which is good! I need practice moving quickly through woods while maintaining contact with the map.)

Running 8:23 [3] 0.53 mi (15:49 / mi)

To the start of the meet races.

Orienteering (Green) 58:00 [3] 5.53 km (10:29 / km)

I accidentally stopped my watch somewhere in the middle of the course so I stole Becky's distance. I ran most of the course alternating hard and easy legs. This worked pretty well until I got tired. My legs and head were very done with about a kilometer left so I slowed down considerably.
