Orienteering race 40:00 [3] 5.2 km (7:42 / km)
Day after the 'Burn. Right foot still hurt and had a weird pain in achillies tendon on same side. It felt fine barefoot or with loose-fitting shoes on, but with running shoes putting a little pressure on the back of the heel there was a sharp pain.
Ran the short course 1st. Some minor hesitations but kept moving well. It was usually faster to take the long way around than fight through brush.
Had to slow down on the long course. Made the same mistake as many at #12
