got in the pool at the Y for 10 minutes and tried to aqua-jog. Swelling was so bad that it really inhibit the motion enough that I can't call it exercise but I did focus on form as much as I could. Knee is bad and I am really worried. The water might have loosened it up a little bit, but it is far too much for something like that to make a dent. The eccentric motion of controlling my knee flexion is super-sensitive and damaged (same as my trouble letting down the knee extensions in PT- now that problem is on steroids). It is everything that I was having problems with before in y PT, now brought right to the forefront. What ever was weak before has now been damaged further.. or hopefully just really irritated.
When I am walking and my foot catches the ground and forces my knee ahead without my foot. Eben slightly... pain.....
