Lawrence Loop -skipped the part by Rock Chalk Park and cut over to Harvard on Congressional and picked up bike path at Bob Billings, then rest of way I normally go back to downtown and home. Saw Mike Parmley and his bike group at 31sdt & Haskell. Temp: 50F, had to dress warm. Distance was almost too far as I was about to cramp up by LMH. Still, a nice ride.

Ran with the RunWalkLawrence Group from the Arboretum. I didn't come prepared for a windy, misty, 65 degree run, so I ran with my rain jacket as my windbreak. Took it off about 3 miles out. Galloway interval was bout 60/30 as I ran with 1-3 other people most of the way.

Weird: in shower, both hands were tingling. Hypoglycemia? Early signs of diabetes? Will get it checked out next two weeks.
