Funny, my time on this was less than my time on one leg the last time I was here.
Botched #1 thinking I would save vertical and use the trail to the left. i should have gone right through the campground. Doubled my time on the leg and lost 2 places I couldn't recover.
Overall, very happy with my run. My plan was to be deliberate and cautious. I navigated well and followed features as I went. Some of these were a challenge with nothing around if you messed up.
As a follow up to my Dr's suggestion, I started taking glucosamine today. said I should feel a difference in 30 days.
