Lick Run
Pushed these intervals pretty hard. HRM is clearly not working really at all. Had to stop and let some poop out after the 4th interval.

Pandaplace
Had wanted a shorter workout but had to ride today if I wanted to get something in before the storms on Thursday. Trails were camp in spots from the rain last night but mostly dried out again. Temps were just right.

Pace was good except for my climb of Beauty. Still having trouble on all the roots. And I dropped my chain twice. I need to fix my lower limit. Some solid segments on the first half and decent on the way back as well. Felt comfortable except for the steep parts. Still need to work on leg strength.
