You're funny! I am gaining weight...somewhat purposefully...last year before I started weight lifting I weighed 185...lol. At least weight lifting has allowed me to improve my overall health and mobility, and allowed me to continue to at least work out, although it hasn't helped my running that's for sure...but, other than orienteering, I am focusing on shorter hill intervals or track intervals to hopefully allow me to keep some as-semblance to running. When I started barefoot training and running, even as late as last year (largely an attempt diffuse lower back pain), I didn't think I would ever have to stop running...

haha. I saw you fluctuated from 208 down to 205. If I dropped 3 pounds I'd celebrate with a banquet. Oh wait. Maybe that's my problem.

I don't even have a good comeback for that post! My wife keeps complaining that she has to buy me now clothes every year, but at least this time my weight gain was planned...
