It would be nice to know when the late fee cutoff is, for those of us trying to space out paying our entries to multiple meets.

Thanks for noticing that we have not posted the cutoff dates. I will make sure they are added to the website. Regular registration will close on 12 April at midnight and late registration will close on 19 April at midnight.

what is the nearest campgrounds ....

ifjones:
The nearest campground would be the beaver pond campground in Harriman State Park, which is about a 20-30 minute drive from the meet venues.

For those with a military affiliation (Active duty, Retired, NG/Reserves, DoD civilians), camping / cabins are available at Round Pond - http://www.westpointmwr.com/outdoor/Roundpd.htm

Two middles & two sprints, a first at WP? Recall 2 middles in past somewhere but not coupled with 2 sprints.

Seems there was no camping last year either unless affiliated as jima links above. Not camping at Buckner is unfortunate - seems like camping was being more & more marginalized there until it became extinct - for time being anyway.

Sprint S/F venue, Trophy Point, 4/18/09

Are dogs allowed?
Mar 19, 2013 7:09 PM #
bl:
Dogs are ok at the meet but unfortunately not permitted at the nearest camping, Beaver Pond, which is otherwise convenient. Not aware of anything else closeby. Ward Pound Ridge in Cross River allows pets but it's fairly far away.
