Nice ride Mike - are you sure you were on the road bike? 70k in 3hrs seems pretty, well, sedate? Or does that include the coffee stop?

Yeah well i've got this old computer at the moment which doesn't auto stop at lights etc. Although it felt like i was going faster and most of the time i was cruising at 29-34kph it still gave me an Av read out of 22.9kph...i did stop it at the coffee shop
