Speaking hypothetically, I would imagine that a barefoot runner would enjoy running in soft ground.
How do you avg 9.2 h sleep?
I typically average around 6-7 hours of sleep. I think the error might come because I import my log from SportTracks and often forget to fill in sleep numbers for sleep (and/or go back into Attackpoint and fix errors)...like last night I forgot to turn off my watch after running on the treadmill.
I actually was really tempted rto run around the field, because I love playing in the mud!
I guess the sleep is an average the past 7 days, and I did get two catch up days the last 7 days...
