That's a fun place to run and really pretty in the fall. If you run on the west side and look across the water, the leaves and rocks make some classic garden settings. It's easier to track the main trail on the east side if you run downstream. It's less coherent at some times of the year but there is a complete trail on the east side nearly from Kemp Mill Rd. to Columbia Pike.

Thanks Nadim. I really enjoyed the trail and it wasn't too hard to follow either. Even when I could tell that I had left the blazed trail, every thing seems pretty well connected so I didn't end up dead-ending at all which was nice. I can't wait to give it another go when the leaves have started to change color. Yesterday the smell of autumn was already in the air and it was heavenly.
