No dice on Sprint Camp, tickets too expensive. I'm going to try to make the Ski-O races instead.
The Birkie was cancelled last night, second time in three years. I might head to Jasper where it's to be around -4.

Good plan. The ski-o's look cool. Only so much travelling I can do though. Mag seems like it might be good. Do they have any sample stories or layouts that you can take a look at. seems liek there was just an order form. Anyway, we should definitely try to get an article in there. any story ideas?

One of my top-ten strengths is coming up with story ideas; not a problem.
There's lots of options depending on space I could get from Michal.
1) Raid the Hammer (close to Toronto and if Mike allowed, let them have a free entry for some ad space maybe).
2) Story on Sprint Races as interval training, like Nikki's great article about the Calgary scene
3) Just a story about some random National Team members.
Regardless of the focus, we'll need some stats on the fastest Euros out there. Martin Bostrom and Carsten's pbs; same with Hanny and Simone.

It looks like Runner's World, except the cutie on the cover is a around a 4:05 1500m runner.
Looks like I'm heading to Canmore Banff as consolation prize this weekend.

Good ideas. Now all you have to do is write them.
Those stats shouldn't be hard to come by. Could mention Hanny's recent marathon and Simme, I believe, is a national cross-country champion. Maybe somebody can clarify but I think Carsten was top ten at WORLD cross-country
