Well my knee was getting better but then on the way down the hill I slid on the gravel the fucking council workers still haven't cleaned up and came off.
Badly bruised right thigh and shredded left lower leg. Bruised right wrist and grazed left elbow. Surprised I didn't get more injured. Lucky I guess.
So now more recovery before I get back out there.
