Since it started raining, and I couldn't map anymore, I was inspired to run extendo and some of the fun trails in starker.
Very fun. The hills where tougher than I remember, I think some hill training is just what I need.

Spent a couple hours mapping around Walnut park. It went pretty well but I still have more to do, because I bailed for lunch and then it started raining.
Just missed Andy and Larry, so I ran Lewisburg Saddle with Jo-Jo. Did about 3 miles total, coming back on old-growth trail. Turned my ankle a little, but it feels good now.
Did five 800m intervals in Avery Park.
Was hitting between 2:48 (first interval) and 2:39(last interval). Took 3-4 minute recovery.
I felt good pushing the lactic threshold. About 400-600m into each repeat I could feel the muscles go anerobic.
