ok im logging walking cause it was hard and it makes my log look like im more active , dont normally do this ok dont judge :')
town and back, walking back with a massive box as well, tough on my weedy little arms :L

training in eccy woods that syo had put on omg there were so many kids on the come and try it, over 60 on white and yellow combined :0
anyway so first time properly oing since sweden (pp doesnt count as it was an orange) and so typically i went and majorly cocked up the first control, got confised and ended up in the wrong bit of forest and had to run back to the start to look at the map again :L
ok after that until #8 or #7 cant remember which it was but i got v disorientated and couldn't remember where i'd come from so had to check a map of a family doing the white aha sooo embarrassing :L
but anyway really enjoyed it and felt pretty knackered after!

just up and down manchester road to test how i felt and my lungs didnt implode and my legs didnt fall off and my tonsils didnt explode and I DIDNT EVEN GET A STITCH what madness is this
so yes very happy about this

ALSO IM GOING TO LAKESIDE gonna see some people and do some funky running with maps so much excitement r/n

also been doing regular s+c for a bit, about 15-17 mins 4-5x a week
