that wasn't great GRR training, I don't know what is; 55% road, 45% Badden Powell and atleast 550m climb. Second Narrows to North Shore, Dollarton to Deep Cove, Badden Powell to Riverside, Riverside back to Dollarton and across Second Narrows in super crappy conditions out. Got a wee bit chilly in the short-shorts once I hit the snowline ...despite the shrinkage felt great to be out there and super strong; think the past two days off helped.
