TNT - The "I'm Back Baby" Sessions
2-on, 1-off x 7

Easing back into the speed work after the time off and my near collapse on Sunday from heat exhaustion. ...first real workout in several weeks; I can't imagine why??? But this might give a hint, or for those who missed the Saturday Star, this.

Post the two-four we spent a week in Newfoundland ...only one moose, but we lost count of the icebergs, lots!!!



Don't ask me why the Cabot Tower is wonky or about my great looks ...it was extremely windy up there, that's for sure!

Luckily, nothing has changed around here in the hood while we've been away celebrating. I counted atleast 15 cop cars, before I lost count on my way home tonight.

Stairs intervals 8:00 intensity: (3:00 @1) + (5:00 @5)

ten sets, alternating singles and doubles.
...plus some spanst to close 'er out.
