Kayak (Sevy) 1:33:35 [2] 8.25 km (11:21 / km) +57m 10:58 / km

Very funny as Janet and my Sevy deflated on the bottom so ended up sitting in ice water up to waist while the sides of the boat caved in so we were like two squashed cold sardines. Then swapped around and found B and I did okay in the squashed boat and left Janet and the princess to paddle the good one. Not a bad effort considering the extra water in the boat. Think it might take a few days to get feeling back in my lower half....
3 PM

Ride (MTB) 3:12:11 [3] 64.24 km (3:00 / km) +603m 2:51 / km
shoes: Sparky 35

Ride by myself up Great Eastern Hwy to Mundaring and back....probably not the smartest route but was just looking for something simple. Nice slow grind up and then tried to spin all the way back down.

Running (Hills) 36:00 [4]
shoes: Saucony Trail Grid

Muz run with Blake too, Mt street first to warm up as a bit chilly, boys took off so I just took it steady as I wasn't going to keep up their sprint pace anyway, up Jacobs managed to do about 1/2 doing 2 stair run, flat run around to Kokoda felt good, up Kokoda run, then DNA 2 stair run..well kinda of a run/walk to the top with Muz shouting encouragement...or maybe just wanting to get past. Finished strong again on the flat so feel like my recoveries are getting better.

Out to Goosberry then up twice and back via Zig Zag. No rain thank goodness, a bit hairy coming back through Guilford but apart from that all good. Gloves really warm, need some new tyres though was sliding out at times.
5 PM

Running 1:00:48 [3] 9.47 km (6:25 / km) +146m 5:58 / km
shoes: Saucony Trail Grid

Kings Park Muz run, legs a little tight so didn't dawdle but not full on as felt like calf might go at any time. Think the sand running really helps though.
