Did the long course, took me the first couple to get used to the shorter distances as I trotted past the first control thinking I hadn't gone far enough. Hid from Janet at three, long stretch to 5 wasn't too bad and thick bush wasn't as bad as expected. Felt good from 5 through 12, bit low on 13 then a little less confident to 14 which is stupid as I had already punched it once at 8. Then back to finish and time for yummy cakes.

First session in Sevy 70....didn't go down and went somewhat straight....very suprising. Liked being in the back better.

MRB ride after kayak, up steeper side of heritage trail then out on Chidlow road and up Firetrail and poison something....slow steady inclines, nothing too steep. Back via Mundaring bakery and down the north side of Heritage back to Garvy Park. Sore lower back, not sure if it's riding after the Sevy paddle or that I need a shorter stem on my bike...will see if a short stem helps.

KP Hills run with Muz, Dan and Jude, Mt Street, Jacobs, Kokado and DNA. Decided scrambled eggs at breakfast much nicer than poached..

Ran up all, but only one step at a time, need to try to get to two steps
