Running hills (Treadmill run) 20:03 [3] 3.26 km (6:09 / km)
ahr:150 max:168 shoes: Asic Kayano 14

Cross country course at speed 9.2 for hills and 10.2 for flat, trying to increase pace by 2 every day until up to 10, then will look at increasing time.

Basic circuit class...arms are hanging really haven't done any true weight work for ages

Cross Country course, incline up to 9 for last section, put up to 10 on the last flat bit. Will look at either increasing speed or distance. Not sure about max HR seems a little high
