At first, 12.5 m/km doesn't sound very good. I won my category by over three minutes, and was second on the whole course by less than two. Emma Klingenberg's goal was 10m/km, but even she didn't run that. Email me if you want to see the map and know why.

Sprint. I thought it went quite well. There were a couple of place where I could have saved time, but not too many. Plus it was simply tricky in some areas. Overall, pleased with my race.

Down. Question for people: my left arch hurts, more toward the back by the heel than the front. What should I do about it? Walking hurts the most, but I don't pronate as much while walking.
