Running 1:05:00 [3]

Felt pretty good. Got tired for a little while at about 43 minutes. Also did strides during the run because I was in a time crunch for dinner. 32, 29,29, 32, 29, 30 (not entirely sure on the last one.)

Core 11:00 [3]

Should have done it earlier, but it felt pretty good.

Running 33:00 [3]

Felt pretty good the whole time. There were a few seconds around 17 minutes where I felt especially good, but when back to feeling just good shortly.

Running hills 6:37 [3]

3 Long Hills: 30, 31, 32
2 Short (steeper and Windy) Hills: 17, 17

Running 7:00 [3]

Always feel good after hills.

Core 11:00 [3]

Felt pretty good. Crunches at the end still pretty tough to do properly.

Strength 10:00 [3]

About that long. Pull-ups went 5, 5, 3, 3, and we (I have a friend who does it with me) had to use a ten pound medicine ball because the twelve was nowhere to be found.

Raquetball 15:00 [3]

I think we were there for close to an hour and a half, but racquetball really just qualifies as a warm-up regardless of time.

Ultimate 10:00 [3]
(rest day)

Felt good tossing a disc again. I managed to jam my thumb pretty well while catching a disc, though. It hurts.

Running 36:00 [3]

Felt pretty good the whole time, but started feeling even better at around 34 minutes.

Running 2:24 [3]

Strides (on snowy track): 26, 25, 24, 24, 25, 25.

Running 4:00 [3]

My feet were faster after the strides.

Core 11:00 [3]

It's actually an eleven minute workout. I forgot to do squats last time.

Running 43:30 [3]

Running. I felt pretty slow the whole time, but I started to feel a tiny bit better after 37 minutes.

Running hills 7:10 [3]

5 Hills: 30, 30, 32, 30 30. I'm not sure how the second one was only thirty because there was a dog that got in my way. I probably miscounted.

Running 7:00 [3]

Starting to feel better right before I finish.

Agility 11:10 [3]

I think I did everything right. I don't have stairs included, I'll be doing those after strength in the arena. Also, shoelaces and duct tape are a poor solution to the lack of a jump rope. I had to stop multiple times to switch hands in order to make the string unwind.

Strength 10:00 [3]

It was probably a few seconds less. And I have a complaint. 10 pull-ups is my absolute maximum, and that's just one set. Four sets of them? Can't do it.

Agility 4:00 [3]

Stairs. The longest stairs I can find that aren't constantly being used by people were in the rink, and they only took eight seconds, so I did ten instead of five.

Running 40:00 [3]

Tight calves, especially the right one, that gradually stretched out in about fifteen minutes. Started feeling good after about 25 minutes, and felt gradually better from then on. Short segment at about 35 minutes where it felt tough going on a downhill tailwind (Andrew knows what I mean).

Core 10:00 [3]

Took a few seconds (maybe five, but time not included) off a couple of times towards the end, and accidentally skipped the lying on the stomach part so I had to do that last. By the time I was doing crunches (second to last) I couldn't even get my body up. It was more like just flexing my abs and jerking.

Nordic 45:00 [3]

Skiid for much longer than that, but at a very slow pace.
