Nice little Sunday morning ride with Simpy. Well at least it was nice if you were inside with a coffee, staring out of your window. Surprisingly so cold and windy I had to break out the shell mitts to wear over top of my gloves. And once again it was one of those rides where you felt like you had a headwind for 80% of the ride. Still nice to get out.

Thought about hitting the gym, but the day was way to nice to waste. Hit the Rouge for the first time in ages. Kept the pace reasonable, but forced myself to try and run the hills.

Post-work run at Seaton. Legs felt really good, despite lingering hamstring and glute pain from Wednesday's suffer session. Lungs suffered on some of the climbs. Trails are in great shape for the Seaton Soaker.

For session #6 Jocelyn brought a few new toys for us to play with tonight in the den of discomfort, and we got to use said toys in about a dozen different ways to completely destroy our abs and ass muscles. I am pretty sure putting TRX pikes in the same set as doing jackknifes with a Pilates ring has to be a violation of some international torture law.
