Durham run with Judy. Trails were pretty decent, but you needed to be careful to stay on the traveled path to avoid post holing. Much more runnable than Seaton. I always find Durham a much harder run than Seaton or Rouge.

New class for 10 weeks at Running Free Ajax being held by one of Osteo's friends who is an accomplished ultrarunner. Class was pitched as plyo, strength, core and high intensity interval training for runners (or hell, for short). Very concentrated 45 minutes of suffering.
