long run with Emily and Kirra. Beautiful morning and pretty good run. I probably would have said it was a longer run but Emily was stopping her stop watch every time we stopped. So glad Emily and Kirra came or I wouldn't have made it out and certainly not as far. Kudos to Emily for not stopping (and therefore not allowing me to stop) on final hill. Saw Emily's dad out on one of his fleet of bikes.

intervals with a few fun races head to head against david and Su Yan. David needed to be handicapped, I was already (can't run fast enough).
Bit of contour stuff and fair bit of jaw exercising.
