Multitasking again. The boy on the ice for hockey practice so I did up and down the stairs. Felt off so had to cut it short.

So had to do this a little backwards. Mrs. W & I did back to back with our fave massage therapist. I picked up kids and went for dinner on the Danforth while she had an hour, then we swapped and I had an hour massage, then power walked (sore foot prevented running) home. FYI, anybody East End Toronto want a good massage, Denise is amazing. Pape/Danforth.

Wednesday night stair club. The girl had swim lessons and Mrs. W piano lesson got cancelled, so she and the boy joined me climbing the stairs at the school with the pool.
20 sets, up and down.
20 x (69 stairs x 2) = 2760 steps.
