With Georgie. We went to her work placement to drop off photocopies of her passport, then I found a nice back road route back. Quite windy though, so worked well cos I got a bit tougher ride on the front. Not quite as long as I expected though.

First Monday run in ages. Managed to get back from design and manufacture at 5 and back to gym for 5:15pm. Simon was actually there. I basically ran with Simon most of the time.
