Took amanda out the forsyths mill. I had never been so did not know what to expect. As we pulled in we noticed the orienteering sign and also contemplated hitting that up after the ride but with the broken toe and only bike clothes and no cash or orienteering cards gave that idea a miss quickly.

2 Laps around the track with amanda with 48 and 42 minute laps then she let me loose to smash out a lap. My legs already felt like they did not have heaps of power from the ride the day before but gave it a good crack with a 21.55 around the course. Nice fun track :)
