Cycling (MTB Bike) warm up/down 30:00 [3] 10.0 km (20.0 kph)
ahr:150 max:160 shoes: Giant XTC2 With Standard Wheel

Ride out to south perth to ride with the garland cycles bunch. Had to find a battery for my speedo on the way. Found one :)
7 AM

Cycling (MTB Bike) hills 2:45:00 [4] 68.0 km (24.7 kph)
ahr:160 max:175 shoes: Giant XTC2 With Standard Wheel

hills ride...got dropped even before the hills after a set of traffic lights. Group 1 & 2 were together hence faster speeds and got dropped.

Did a good enough ride...when back to south perth, then home.

Note
slept:11.0 (rest day)

was going to go for a paddle this arvo, however i forgot my sunnies and then decided to go home instead.

As ameko said at work....the only reason he was going out for a paddle tonight was that "he was not fit enough to loose a session". Hence my reason to skip one :P

Cycling (MTB Bike) (commute) 1:00:00 [3] 30.0 km (30.0 kph)
shoes: Giant XTC2 With Standard Wheel

speedo not working today....too lazy to change the battery before I left.

Dont know how fast I really went or how long it took, however I know that i would have been averaging over 30km/hr before reaching the narrows. I managed to just sit behind a roadie from the Mt Henry all the way to the narrows which made the ride a bit easier

Cycling (MTB Bike) (commute) 1:00:00 [3] 25.0 km (25.0 kph)
ahr:165 max:175 shoes: Giant XTC2 With Standard Wheel

Not feeling too good today. Had quite a few dizzy spells and on antihistamines from rashes from reactions from running through the bush on the rogain. Popped down a bag of glucose jelly beans from the pharmacy and that just gave me enough energy to ride home.

Need sleep

Rogaine race 4:30:00 [3]

Ameko and my aims for this was to go hard and clock up a 30km Loop with smaller optional loops at the end. HA

The bush was rather thick and the broads were very broad this time and caused us to miss a couple. Stuggled getting through a bit of a swamp and overshot a control and ended up half way down the map without picking up anything controls for over an hour. Finally found where we were on the map and continued minus a bunch of controls. Got depressed when a bunch of walkers were able to catch us between controls. From this point our care factor dropped to an all time negative factor and the controls turned into CBF'd places to go.

We basically took the road back from here and picked up a couple of controls on the way in so our score did not look worst than it did already.

Better luck next time
