Very hard run around the Buehler trail. Went out at a crazy unsustainable pace, passing the quarter-mile post right at 1:30. Continued with a hard first mile, but the second hilly mile always beats me down.

First day of checking the new lidar basemap of Duke West. I'm very impressed with its accuracy. The vegetation map from the lidar will also be very helpful. Many thanks to cedarcreek!

shoes: Inov8 - MudrockII

Long slow run, hoping to convince myself that I can finish the State to State in two weeks. I think I'll finish, but it won't be pretty. I don't even want to think about how the Hudson Highlander will go.
