tempo run on the streets around my house. If you are looking at my heart rate and wondering if I was having a heart attack, I wasn't. my HR monitor was to loose and fell down to my waist and I didn't want to stop and fix it.

OOC running training. we went over to the Queensway bus station and did a fun exercise running up and down the stairs and finding hidden passages. we then went over to the school and did loops around the perimeter and had controls in the middle on a almost blank map
