On the mend post race. Knee tendon (front) hurt. Legs were strong on climbs. I still have a week's worth of repair.

WEAK. I lost a lot of weight this past weekend at Bear.

This run never went cardio. My legs are pretty dead. Two injured tendons including reinjuring ankle tendon.
