Lithia Spring Reservoir (south face of 7 sisters) to MM along 7 Sisters (from just east of Taylors Notch to top of Hitchcock) back down Mountain. Perfect day for a run. Sisters were a joy for once.

Started out as a 7 mile Tempo run. I have a cold and after 2 miles I lost energy and cramped up.
