Morning jog to loosen up my legs. Rain, nice. I made a pancake batter and Mike made the pancakes while I was out running :-)

about 30s hill sprint, stopped, jogged/walked down, took a few breaths, next sprint.. a pretty crocked hill but it made it more interesting

Around Maltby lakes. Still a bit heavy to breathe from the cold/allergies.

Found a great little spot by the lake, in the sun, under the pine trees where I did my strength exercises. What wasn't that great though was that I got resin on my clothes.
