Why Just Run 2 hour Score-O at Pacific Spirit Park. Initially thought I wouldn't get them all, and made a route choice decision that left out 3 controls. Then finished my route with 45 minutes to spare, and thought I'd go get the other 3... way too unfit for that, ended up coming in late, but good exercise!
Meg and I ran an old orienteering course at UBC for Club Run. Traded off every 2 controls. Running felt pretty good, although I had a strange pain in my foot towards the end....
Run around Deer Lake with Meg. We ran round anti-clockwise rather than clockwise, so we got some bushwhacking practice in too! Not a great run, feeling sluggish.
