before i attempted to run again i did some pilates to make myself feel alive .

got to the end of the street and nearly collapsed with exhaustion so called it quits and came home and napped. :( :( lord knows how im gonna do tomorrow at O. may walk it.

I have been sick the entire week , havent gotten outta bed since Tuesday so no point in logging sick, sick sick, hopefully have enough energy to go for a run tomorrow. SInuses aint my best friend atm, had to stop half way up the stairs to catch my breath sometimes. joy. Queens birthday average performance, got better as went on.. typical. oh well.. i leave next sunday :) :) :) :)
