LL Mall Hill.
Really miserable day but enjoyed the course. Made a few silly mistakes and compass was broken so that made my O sloppy. Ran laboured for the first half and then pushed on in the end but still felt very unfit. Running with Simon and Niall for ages and they were both running better than me. Bit wrecked form yesterday, I guess. 2nd, 3mins behind.

Miserable conditions. Couldn't even walk up the first hill I was slipping so bad. Tried to push but heart wasn't in it. Felt like a sub 24 if it was dry. 7 more!
