Went alright today. Was feeling real good and i liked the mud (:
Screwed up No.6, confused by all the tracks like Nic haha

Note

Went to Musswellbrook today for my brothers footy game, good thing they won because it was freezing and wet and a 2hour drive :'( haha

Netball was cancelled!!! damnnnnn. gutted. was so looking forward to it as well.

ohhh well moved today instead and went and visited my friend in hospital...

Orienteering tomorrow. (: excited. haha

Didnt like my run today. was slower than at Zone but had a fairly good placing 10th out of about 20 people. it was pretty muddy but it was an alright run. (:
straight home to start moving wooooooooot.

Orienteering (Around School) 19:47 [4]

Around school for some training with StK66. I just did 4 courses of the school PASS classes maps. pretty exciting (: haha

My muscle in my lower leg still hurts and so dies my wrist when i bend it the wrong way :'( bhaha
nice run though. i ran to all the 3-pointers in order. i havent actually used the map as a proper Street-O map yet (like doing it in 45min) haha
there was no pretty sunset today too many clouds haha
my run felt like my run FINALLY. haha (:

My shin muscles hurt and my chest hurts and my wrist is sore and my nose is still a bit sniffly :'(
i used the Raymo Street-O map and just went to all the 2-pointer controls. sprinted up my hill at the end as usual and if anyone remembers, the Raymo Street-O mappo area is v hilly (:
feel good that i did it now though, except my running didnt feel right, it felt all wrong. like it wasnt hard to run it just felt like it wasnt me running, like i was trying to run someone else's running style. weirrrrd (:
pretty proud that i went though, ohhhh and at the top of one of the hills, you can look out over the Hunter River and see it winding through the trees and the mountains are in the background and if you go at about 4:30-4:45pm you can see the sunset and the colours in the sky... it looks really amazing. (:

I played half a game against Swansea. We went down 59-20 but we won the 3rd quarter. (they had their own body suits) haha
good fitness especially for how hot it was (:

we lost this game too 9-1 :'(
it's like this, me and 3 other people got off the bus from newcastle (netball) and went straight into the change rooms, put a shirt on and ran straight onto the field literally ! ! !
exhausted but v impressed with my fitness to be able to do all that (:

Had to run from the doctors where mum was to my little brothers bus stop to pick him up and walk him home. i just used it as a nice moderate run. (:
