tried to bike for longer but my legs couldn't take it, I think they are officially dead. Guess that's what a "hard" week of rowing will do to me... At least next week it is back to "easy" week for rowing...

Red-5.8km - 69min - mistakes were made, kinda slower running, pretty good course
Orange - 4.0km - 40min
Yellow - 2.5 - 21min
