Easy run to start to get back into the swing of things. Achilles a lot better, but still not quite there so need to continue stretcging and strengthening. The rest of the system feeling shocking of course. Too scared to stand on the scales as have been over-eating terribly as compenstaion for no exercise and long hours at work.
