London City Race. Another very enjoyable race - will keep coming back as long as possible! Glorious day, not quite as technical as in past years, but still kept me thinking the whole way round.

Montreal. Long run, started out along the canal and then headed up to the Parc Mont Royal. Big lap of that and then headed back to the river and teh hotel. Didn't move very fast during this run, but was steady and aiming at just chewing up the time. Not expecting too much after yesterday's 13k run.

In MOntreal for work. had teh morning off so decided to go out for a run to see the twon. Nice tourist run from old part of Montreal up through the centre of the city (a bit early in the day to see much activity), through McGill Uni (lovely campus), up and around and through Parc Mont Royal (lovely big hilly forested city parc), and back through the city. Feeling quite tired by theend of it due to lack of sleep last few nights. Planning for a good long rn tomorrow morning.
