Super sweet exploration walk with the intrepid Balogna. Who knew that we could discover yet another untouched valley within two kilometers of home. Calf calming down

Then the same movements but work 50, rest 25

Was a good run with Robin until 10k in when it felt, from one foot to the next, like someone had stabbed me in the calf. Galdang it. Run over. Walked it in.

This feels like it may set me back some. Will give it a day, but...dunno.

Opening jungle gym session with Coach Mike. Huge good first workout.
Run to Helen Head
12 pull ups
8 hanging KB snatches/arm
20 wallballs
Times five. Took about 26:30. Mike steadily correcting five months of bad habits. Such a good thing to have such a sharp eye guiding us again.

Afterward a pleasant sit in the sun in the JG’s expansive lounge area amid the quickly growing field of daffodils. Opens the heart, it does.

Turns out I can get sore after a workout. the 21.3/21.4 combo trashed my shoulders and lats. Balogna was indulgent this morning on letting us do a calm one today.
